Jim McNally, Ph.D., President and CEO,
Dr. McNally is the President and CEO of
TruTouch, developers and makers of non-invasive alcohol detection equipment.
Jim is a recognized expert in optics and imaging technologies with over 28
years in guiding advanced-technology organizations. Dr. McNally serves as
Chairman of the NMOIA board and is on the editorial board of SPIE.
President (2006-2008) William A. Goodman, Ph.D., Business Lead,
Dr.
Goodman leads the multi-million dollar Lightweight Optical Systems
business Area of Schafer's Space and Directed Energy Division, and is a
member of the transformational team for business development across
Divisions. He is a recognized expert in the development of uncooled
optics, very low absorption (VLA) coatings and single point diamond
turned optical components for high-energy laser systems such as Space
based laser, Tactical High Energy Laser and Airborne Laser.
Vice President(1 year term, 2007-2008) Lynore Abbott, M.S., MBA, Director of Marketing,
Ms. Abbott leads CVI's worldwide marketing effort. She has held
various sales and marketing positions at several telecom startups and
was an engineer for Polaroid's Holographic Products. She holds a
master degree in business and in polymer science and engineering.
Secretary (2006-2008)
Denise Gardner, Manager, Business Development,
Denise Gardner has been in the education-training arena for 18 years. Denise has returned to New mexico from the Dallas-Fort Worth Area where she was an Assistant Dean in Continuing Workforce Education for Contract Training with teh Dallas County Community College System. Denise has seven years of experience working directly with the Dallas/Richardson Telecom Corridor in setting up training and corporate universities and implemented the TL9000 standards.
Treasurer (2006-2008)
Ed Spivak, President,
Mr. Spivak is a technology and marketing consultant. His involvement ranges from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, here and in Silicon Valley. Ed has been on the NMOIA Board since 1999, volunteering to organize programs and handle a variety of projects. As Treasurer, Ed is focusing on securing grants and sponsorships fo rthe Association, as well as continuing to work on programs and various projects.
